Our Community Agenda
Families First is joining the movement to put the preschool years at the top of our community’s agenda. We will continue to build on the momentum, and clear the pathway to success, beginning at birth, for all children.
To the extent that this movement is successful over the long haul, it will:
- Improve the economic stability of families
- Increase high school graduation rates
- Strengthen the workforce
- Improve ISTEP scores
- Reduce criminal behavior
- Decrease the use of social service
- Improve the overall quality of life in Elkhart County
